Thank you for choosing Marazul Residence. To ensure a smooth reservation process and avoid double bookings with other rental platforms, please read the following booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
How to Make a Booking
To avoid double bookings with other rental platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, and others, a booking request must always be submitted first.
Once we receive your request, we will respond within 24 hours.
After receiving our response, you have the opportunity to confirm your booking immediately or within 48 hours at the latest.
Once your reservation is accepted, we will provide you with our bank account details. The full booking amount must then be transferred to complete and confirm your reservation.
Your booking is considered confirmed once the required full payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
Cancellation 60 Days or More Before Arrival
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 60 days before your arrival date.
In this case, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
The refund will be transferred within 48 hours to the bank account of the person who originally made the payment.
Cancellation Within 60 Days of Arrival
If you cancel your reservation within 60 days before your arrival date, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
No-Show
If a guest does not arrive for their reservation without cancelling, no refund will be provided.

Booking Via Other Rental Platform
If you do not feel comfortable with the direct booking policy above, you can always reserve through a trusted rental platform such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or VRBO.Prices through these platforms are approximately 15% higher due to commission fees.
