Thank you for choosing Marazul Residence. To ensure a smooth reservation process and avoid double bookings with other rental platforms, please read the following booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Booking Request
To avoid double bookings with other rental platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, and others, a booking request must always be submitted first.
We will respond to your booking request within 24 hours. Once you receive our response, you have the opportunity to confirm your booking immediately or within 48 hours at the latest.
After confirmation, you will receive our bank account details, and the full booking amount must be transferred to complete and secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
In this case, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded within 48 hours to the bank account of the person who made the payment.
If the reservation is cancelled within 60 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

Booking Via Other Platform
If you do not feel comfortable with the direct booking policy above, you can always reserve through a trusted rental platform such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or VRBO.Prices through these platforms are approximately 15% higher due to commission fees.
